Reliable and easy to use, this food processor is built to withstand the demands of a commercial environment. Not only does it boast a powerful motor and stainless steel blades, it includes a 3 qt. bowl that holds plenty of product and is equipped with several safety features to prevent injuries. Plus, the unit comes standard with a continuous feed attachment, speeding up preparation. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.

Included Accessories

The CFP348D comes with all of the standard attachments plus an additional 6 discs and rack for a complete package, including a continuous feed attachment to further increase prep speed, as well as 5/32", 5/64", and 1/32" slicing discs, 5/64", 1/8", and 3/16" grating discs, 5/32" and 5/64" julienne discs, and a plastic ejector disc for improved flexibility. This item also comes with a disc rack for easy organization. The continuous feed attachment, which has a 6" x 3" kidney opening and 2" cylindrical opening, is ideal for processing vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, celery, and other similar product.

Kidney Chute

The kidney chute, which has an included pusher, is equipped with a magnetic failsafe that automatically shuts down the motor when the pusher is removed.

Auto-Stop Blades

The blades will automatically stop when the lid's magnet disengages to ensure safe use for the operator. Plus, the blade will not spin until the lid is shut and the bowl is locked in place.
