An on-off rocker switch and thermostat on the face of the icing station can set the water jacket temperature between 60 and 240 degrees Fahrenheit so that you can set your icing to the precise viscosity you want.

Mounted on (4) 3" swivel casters, this icing station can easily be moved wherever it's needed in your kitchen's layout. Two of the casters have locks to keep this icing station stable during stationary use. Each of the four bowls comes with a lid to protect your icing from contaminants when not in use.
