This smaller 4" spatula is perfect for minute details when decorating our buttercream cakes. It comes in handy when making our petal cakes, where we use the tip to smear icing piped out of an open tube. its also great for removing flowers from the nail.

Wow, great little decorating tool. and perfectly suited for dipping things in a glaze. I also really like these for wirk in small pans when wiggle room is lacking and things need to be flipped.

This spatula is pretty good quality. It's not like the flimsy ones you get at the dollor store. I think it does have the potential to be long lasting and it's the right shape for decorating.

This is such a useful little tool. It's lightweight and thin, but very sturdy. It is not too bendy. Great for spreading frostings and batters, etc. Stiff enough to lift small items, too.

This offset spatula makes every job easier. You can spread whatever you want on anything you want more easily. I am used to use on my mousseline or my terrine. The blade is really soft as well.

I use this size of spatula to frost 6" cakes and it works like a charm. The only thing I don't like is that it comes packaged with a sticker that is hard to remove. The product itself is great.

I'm an aspiring baker but I'm not really good at icing cakes. I purchased this little offset spatula a few weeks ago but forgot about it. I found myself struggling with a large offset spatula as I tried to ice a 9-inch layer cake. I pulled this little baby out and was amazed by how much control I had with the icing, especially on the sides of my cake. I will use this to ice my smaller cakes and also the sides of my larger cakes from now on.
