"Awesome pans. Baked a double layer cake the hour after I received these pans. Perfectly square corners with nice straight sides. Clean and easy release with no problems. Great pan shape for easy to slice even pieces."

This item is not coated, so parchment paper should be used to prevent the cake from sticking to the pan. It does, however, feature folded edges around the top perimeter of the pan, which makes it easier to grab the pan from the oven and flip it over onto your bakery counter to release the cake.
