Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. American Range ARWCS-36 Details
Enhance the flavor of your dishes with this American Range natural gas wood chip smoker / broiler. This unit features a 14 gauge stainless steel construction to ensure long-lasting use in your establishment. It comes equipped with 2 smoker boxes and 6 individually controlled 15,000 BTU gas burners. The smoker boxes have heat-resistant handles, and each wood chip drawer has a dedicated burner. Smoke from the boxes travels through 5 evenly spaced tubes under the broiler grates, optimizing the uptake in flavor. Plus, the smoke discharges above the broiler burners to ensure that it's not incinerated before reaching the food.
The top grates are constructed of heavy-duty cast iron, and the removable gas radiants distribute heat. The broiler also includes a stainless steel spring loaded lift-up hood that is easily removable for cleaning, and the wood drawers pull out for easy ash removal. Plus, this unit comes with a full-width stainless steel drip pan. Use the smoke box without the burners for cold smoking. This unit requires a natural gas connection for operation.
