This Arctic Air APP94R 94" prep refrigerator gives you everything you need to make your restaurant's signature pizzas, in one convenient place! Use its full length, 17 3/4" deep cutting board as a place to slice fresh toppings or keep dough during pizza assembly, and for added convenience its top holds up to (12) 1/3 size food pans (included) to keep ingredients handy at all times. The refrigerated cabinet below the prep area gives you a place to store additional toppings and other items, and the self-closing doors come with a stay open feature when opened past 90 degrees.

The exterior is constructed of a full stainless steel front and sides, while the interior is a bright white ABS liner with a full stainless steel floor and coved corners. Two interior shelves for extra storage and (12) 1/3 size food pans are included. An electronic thermostat with external LED display is intuitive and simple to control. Four casters make moving the refrigerator easy when it comes time to clean beneath the unit. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation of this unit.
