Why are Araven ingredient bins considered light-duty?

Araven ingredient bins are ideal for light-duty applications due to the thickness of the material and the design in the interior of the bin. Araven FIFO ingredient bins do not have a divider on the inside to help move product forward; however, they do have a convenient lid that opens in the back to refill containers as needed. For the models with casters, the casters do not swivel left and right, which makes them better suited for kitchens where mobility is needed on occasion, but not required frequently.
