The APW Wyott RCW 7 7 qt. countertop cooker features a high wattage heating system that is perfect for re-thermalizing refrigerated soups, stews, and chili, or rapidly heating sauces like nacho cheese. This thermostatically controlled system provides fast heat up and recovery, and can reach temperatures up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit.

Once the cooking process is complete, you can easily reduce the countertop cooker's temperature to proper food safe holding temperatures, making it ideal for restaurant kitchens, buffets, or catered events. Both the exterior of the cooker and the interior liner are made of durable stainless steel for easy clean up. It can accommodate a standard 7 qt. inset. Inset and cover not included.

The APW Wyott RCW 7 7 qt. countertop cooker has a 120V, 1000 watt, 8.3 amp electrical rating and is UL Listed. Consult the Specification Sheet for further installation requirements and dimensions.

    We use this warmer everyday in our shop to melt chocolate and slow cook frostings. Although it does not boil the ingredients, it does become very hot.

    I purchased this for use during several 2010 Christmas events. It worked perfectly. People commented on how professional the unit looked. The thermostat accurately kept the soups at an optimal temperature.
