This APW Wyott EG-36H 36" electric countertop griddle is designed for maximum speed and versatility. Three independently controlled heating zones give you the ability to perfectly prepare a variety of products. Set some sections on high for hamburgers, chicken, or bacon and the others on low for toasted buns or eggs.

The APW Wyott EG-36H electric griddle has a temperature range of 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Its fast-heating elements can reach 350 degrees in only 11 minutes! The griddle plate is 3/4" thick and fully welded to the griddle's base, providing even heat distribution and quick recovery.

The APW Wyott EG-36H electric countertop griddle has a 208V, 10 kW, 48.7 amp electrical rating and requires hard wiring; it does not come with a cord and plug. It is UL and NSF Listed.
