This APW Wyott EG-24S 24" electric countertop griddle is designed for maximum speed and versatility. Two independently controlled heating zones give you the ability to perfectly prepare a variety of products. Set one section on high for hamburgers, chicken, or bacon and the other on low for toasted buns or eggs.
The APW Wyott EG-24S electric griddle has a temperature range of 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Its fast-heating elements can reach 350 degrees in only 11 minutes! The griddle plate is 3/4" thick and fully welded to the griddle's base, providing even heat distribution and quick recovery.
This unit has a 208V, 6.0 kW, 32.5 amp electrical rating.br>
