Easily cook kebabs with this American Range 10-burner natural gas kebab broiler. This unit boasts a durable construction with a 14 gauge all-welded stainless steel fire box, ensuring long-lasting use in your establishment. It features (10) 30,000 BTU heavy-duty burners that are placed every 6" to provide 300,000 BTU of cooking power, and heavy-duty radiants ensure optimum heat distribution. The burners are individually controlled, allowing the operator to prepare a variety of meats and vegetables at different temperatures. The heavy-gauge supports are spaced to hold the skewers in place.

For your convenience, this unit has a full-length grease tray that collects grease and debris as it drips off of the meat, and the tray is easy to remove for cleaning. Thanks to the 4" adjustable legs, this broiler can be used on a countertop. It is sure to be an excellent addition to your commercial kitchen! This unit requires a natural gas connection for operation. One set of skewers is included with this unit.
