Ceramic pizza stones like this one are lighter-duty, more economical versions of our Cordierite pizza stones. It measures 15" in diameter and is 3/8" thick.

    American Metalcraft STONE15 15" Round Ceramic Pizza Baking Stone

    Having used my mom's pizza stone when I was younger and seeing how useful it was lead me to purchase this stone. It was both a high quality stone as well as cheaply priced, a winning combination.

    American Metalcraft STONE15 15" Round Ceramic Pizza Baking Stone

    This is a must for non expensive ovens or small pizza ovens that normally burn the botttom of the crust before the pizza is done.
