Are beverageware and/or glassware capacities an exact liquid measurement?
Beverageware and glassware capacities are stated in ounces and are an approximate maximum capacity based off of an industry standard size. They are not to be used as a standard of measure for serving capacity.
Can I use metal beverageware for hot liquids?
Metal beverageware with copper and stainless steel finishes is not recommended for use with hot liquids. It is best to serve signature cocktails and cold beverages in these cups.
My stainless steel item has fingerprints and scratches and I can't seem to get it clean. What can I do?
Try using a microfiber polishing cloth. You may not need to use any chemicals to get rid of the scratches and fingerprints. If they are not easily removed by the dry cloth, our Noble Chemical stainless steel cleaner should do the trick!
This item occasionally develops some condensation. Why?
Although this item has a double-wall construction, in certain climates this product will develop what some describe as a fog, but it doesn’t actually bead up or drip.
