This super perforated pan contains (20) 3/8" holes that provide a golden crispy crust, which is twice the holes of a standard perforated pan, and allow finished pizzas to stay fresh longer by allowing moisture to escape. A reliable and durable choice for your pizza shop or restaurant, this 1 1/2" deep pan is made of 18 gauge, 1 mm thick standard weight aluminum! Ideal for maximizing storage space, this pan can stack with others when not in use.
