Having pizza dough prepped and ready for your customers’ favorite toppings can save you valuable time in the kitchen, and this pizza pan separator will allow you to stack pre-made pizzas until you’re ready to finish them. The American Metalcraft 18908 pizza pan separator is made from 18 gauge, 1mm standard weight aluminum.

To choose the right separator for your busy pizzeria or restaurant, measure the top outer diameter of your pizza pan and find a separator that is a minimum of 1" larger to allow for space on either side of the pan.
