The American Metalcraft 18919SP 19" SuperPerforated pizza disk will help you bake the perfect pizza pie every time! This product contains (652) 3/8" holes that allow the bottom of the pizza to cook fast, creating a mouth-watering, crispy, golden crust. This disk also allows cooked pizza to stay fresh by letting moisture escape. Cheese pizzas or meat lover's, keep up with those orders and keep the customers coming back for more with this pizza disk!

The edges of the disks and the edges of the holes are unfinished and may be sharp. This item is non-returnable.

    this pizza pan is great. the perforated pan keeps the pizza from getting greasy and soggy. they are great for the price and a highly recommended item
