The American Metalcraft 7008 pizza pan separator is made from 18 gauge, 1mm standard weight aluminum.

This product functions as a cover only for American Metalcraft 4008, 8008, 5008, and 5108 pizza pans or as a stacking cover for DEP8, 2008, and 9008 series pans.

If you don’t know the American Metalcraft item number of your pizza pan, measure the top inside diameter of your pan and find the cover with the largest inner diameter that does not exceed the measurement of your pan’s top inside diameter.
