Alto-Shaam ED2-72 S/S 120-240V Details
Keep hot food fresh, moist, and delicious for hours with the Alto-Shaam ED2-72 full service heated display case! Its attractive exterior matches the profile of many refrigerated display cases too, meaning you can create a customized serving area at your cafeteria, buffet, or deli.
This full service, curved glass countertop heated display case features Alto-Shaam's Halo Heat system, which provides a gentle, radiant heat source. The result is no cold or hot spots, and no air movement to dry out your food. Plus, there's no steam to fog up the glass or create additional hassles like drainage or deliming.
The Alto-Shaam ED2-72 heated display case can hold up to five full size food pans (sold separately). Two individually managed base heat zones with indicator lights allow for precision control of temperatures. The ten, shatter-proof overhead lights are also divided into two zones for better temperature management.
The Alto-Shaam ED2-72 full service heated display case with base features three tinted and reflective tempered glass sliding doors on the operator side to reflect heat back onto the food and allow easy access. The curved, tempered front glass window lifts up to a 90 degree angle for easy cleaning. A 10" x 60" operator-side work shelf makes it easy to add or remove products.
