Safely hold and display hot food without compromising visual appeal or quality, with the Alto-Shaam 500-HWI/D4 5 pan drop-in hot food well! Designed with integrated Halo Heat technology, the unit emits a gentle warmth that doesn't further cook the food, but instead effectively maintains safe hot temperatures outside of the temperature danger zone to ensure food safety. This particular unit features 5 full size wells that can each accommodate a 4" deep food pan (sold separately). Each well is also equipped with its own thermostat, allowing the operator to use the needed wells as desired, saving energy and promoting high quality dishes, even when a diverse array of food is held simultaneously.

For holding versatility, the well comes with 10 food pan divider bars, allowing you to use a variety of food pan sizes to best suit your menu. Regardless of what dishes or quantity of food is held, the well is perfect for use in existing counter tops. Plus, it features recessed walls to keep condensation from escaping, which ensures that food products don't dry out.

To ensure durability in heavy commercial applications, the well features strong and sleek stainless steel interior walls. 2 coved corners are built-in to simplify cleaning after each use. This well is designed for dry applications and requires a 208/240V electrical connection for operation.
