The steel "element support" stabilizes heating elements and reflects heat toward food, providing even heat distribution. This reliable warmer maintains food temperatures in excess of 140 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit is also equipped with a 60" grounded power cord, which terminates with a standard three pronged male plug.
