This convenient gadget keeps the carbonation fresh by pumping out excess air from the bottle and resealing it in between glasses. Since the sparkling wine is exposed to less oxygen in the bottle, it will stay in great drinking condition for a longer period of time! The pump fits snugly into the opening of the bottle and doubles as a wine stopper after being pumped. The intuitive design allows you to reseal your champagne as many times as you want, without any other parts needed.
To use, place the stopper at the opening of the sparkling wine bottle and snap the two swing-arms into place to seal the bottle. Then, remove the air from the bottle by pressing the button pump at the top. Continue to push the button until you feel resistance. When you're done, turn the dial at the top to mark the date. By using this pump, you can save your wine and money by cutting down on unnecessary waste.
