Make your own stock, gravy, sauce, or soup in bulk with this AccuTemp ALTWE-40 Edge Series 40 gallon electric tilt kettle. Boasting 24 kW of heating power and a 40 gallon capacity, this kettle allows you to prepare large batches of your product. Made with stainless steel, this durable design has a seam welded control console with a thermostat that controls the temperature between 150 and 260 degrees Fahrenheit.

For safety, the 2/3 jacketed design comes with a pressure relief valve and a low water cut-off with an indicator light. Adjust the temperature easily with the control dial on the bottom of the tilt kettle's body. The insulation jacket encapsulates steam evenly to offer a more uniform cooking surface to prevent scorching or hot spots. Since the steam disperses through the entirety of the kettle, product also tends to heat up faster than traditional pans or pots that have a direct heat source underneath.

The faucet and tilt mechanism make emptying the kettle easier when it's time to clean. Each one of the flanged feet are adjustable, which helps accommodate for uneven surfaces. Spend less time stirring or worrying about product burning with this floor-mounted electric tilt kettle. This unit requires a 1 phase 208V connection to operate.
