    This is a high quality, beautiful knife. Slices easily and is lightweight but not flimsy. Great for cake or bread slicing in front of guests

    This, like all the serving utensils here on Webstaurant, is truly an excellent product. I have used this knife in my store for almost a year now and it is still cutting like the first day.

    I love this knife for serving fresh bread on a buffet station! Easy to slice all sorts of bread!! Hollow lightweight handle!! Very sharp right out of the box!!

    This is a great knife. It's long serrated blade is perfect for Bread or Cake. It is long but not too heavy. It is very durable.
