Incredibly heavy cast iron steak weight. Works beautifully for getting nice grill marks on steak. I use mine mostly to keep my bacon flat when frying it. As with most cast iron you have to make sure to dry it properly and keep it seasoned. The wooden handle is a nice touch, and allows you to handle the weight without burning your hands. Very impressive product & made very well.

Very inexpensive and good weight. I have used it for boneless chicken breasts to make sure they have a good sear. Also works for pork chops, ans bacon.

Great weight for the flat top. I use it mostly on bacon and melts. Makes everything crispy from the pressure and continues to cook the top slowly due to retaining the heat.

These are great. I worked at a diner and we used these for hash, steaks, and just about anything else. Really toughly build. I've seen these fall to the floor and be totally fine.

The last thing your customer wants is a curled steak. It can be the best tasting steak in the world, but if it's all curled up like a dogs chew toy, it is not going to present well on the plate. A very inexpensive tool no steak kitchen should be without.
