This 8" round, stacking, dough pan is made of heavy- duty, 14-gauge, tempered aluminum. This pan has a self- stacking design (top pan becomes cover of one underneath) and requires minimum storage space. It can be easily cleaned, refrigerates quickly, and stacks securely. The cover required for the top pan is sold separately.
