This 8 qt., 3 piece double boiler is made of 18/8 stainless steel, riveted handles, and is induction ready. This double boiler also features a sandwich- clad bottom, which provides superior heat distribution and extra strength. This double boiler has a 9 1/2" x 7 1/2" outer size, 9 1/2"x 6 5/8" inner size. It has an 8 mm thickness and is NSF listed.

    This double boiler is great for melting chocolate down for tempering. It's a small size which is great for the amount of chocolate I use. I use it every day!
