The Vollrath Jacob's Pride 4987220 72 oz. ladle is easy-to-clean thanks to its one-piece construction. The mirror-finished bowl and satin-finished shaft are crafted of the finest 18-8 stainless steel. The plastic coated handle is heat-resistant up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

The capacity for the ladle is clearly stamped on the item, so you're always sure to grab the correct one! 17" handle length with a 8 1/8" diameter bowl.

Agion antimicrobial technology is built into the handle to reduce microbial growth. NSF Listed.

    This is a great ladle to use for glazing cakes. It takes in a large amount of chocolate. I love that it says the size on the handle so I know what i'm grabbing.
