The Vollrath 7277060 Cayenne 60" heated shelf warmer is a great way to merchandise pizza, rotisserie chicken, hot sandwiches, and many types of hot self serve or take out items at your deli, supermarket, convenience store, or buffet!

Its exclusive energy saving design features two heating zones so you can heat the whole unit when the shelf is full of product, and turn part of it off when it's not! This can result in up to a 33% savings during off-peak times by only heating what is needed.

This Vollrath 60" heated shelf warmer is thermostatically controlled to maintain an even and accurate temperature. This even heating is a result of the unit's aluminum core.

The Cayenne heated shelf warmer's stainless steel outer construction and the smooth top with welded corners is durable and easy to clean. UL and NSF Listed. This 60" heated shelf warmer requires a 120 volt electrical connection and draws 6 amps. Its output is 905 watts. "Left aligned" means that the controls are on the left side of the unit as you face it.
