The Vollrath 6 oz. Stainless Steel Serving Ladle is heavy-weight and heavy-duty. It can withstand a lot of pressure if pushed or pulled and it won't bend. It is a one piece ladle and will last.

This is a great looking, great priced ladel. One of my favorites. I use it to portion our bowl of soups. I do agree that the only draw back is the lack of a hole in the handle for hanging or storage. Besides that it is great, and cleans up well.
