The Vollrath Jacob's Pride 4970520 5 oz. short handle ladle is easy-to-clean thanks to its one-piece construction. The mirror-finished bowl and satin-finished shaft is crafted of the finest 18-8 stainless steel.

The plastic coated handle is heat-resistant up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The capacity is clearly stamped on the item, so you're always sure to grab the correct one! 6" handle length with a 3 13/32" diameter bowl.

Agion antimicrobial technology is built into the handle to reduce microbial growth. NSF Listed.
