Great meat tenderizer! We use these to needle our steak tips before we cut them into pieces. It needles them just right and allows the marination to perfectly seep inside of the meat. Great comfortable handle and great price on Webstaurant store.

This does a great job of tenderizing meat. It is rather unstable due to the narrow width. I would like it a bit wider. It is also difficult to clean. I don't want to dull it by putting it in the dishwasher and can only soak and spray to get in between the many blades

I got this item a couple of weeks ago. The quality and construction is very good. The chef is quite happy with the tenderizer. We will be buying another when the time comes.

This is an exceptional product. The blades are very sharp and pierce the meat easily. The handle is oversized for an excellent grip and the product appears to be well made and durable. There is a very nice plastic protective cover for the blades. I would highly recommend this product. It will be my primary utensil for tenderizing meat.

The best part of this was it works. The plunger is sprung well enough that it returns even when doing a tough cut. The knives/blades penetrate with some control and this allows you to press flavorings into the meat. I'm gratified by the outcomes. Seems sturdy and has not failed. Relatively easy to clean. I am a casual cook.

This is a Big Daddy tool. Did not work too well for me on a small piece of meat like a chicken breast but would be awesome on a roast or any larger piece of meat. Definitely a professional's tool.

This 48 blade meat tenderizer does a great job of tenderizing cuts of meat without pulverizing them. I’m a professional meat cutter with 10 years experience. I bought this product for home use and I was able to make as tender a steak with this product as I would with a motorized commercial tenderizer. I spent less time and made a more attractive finished product that was as tender as steaks from my retail store. This is a great product.

This makes easy work for tenderizing any cut of meat. With the 48 blades it only needs several pressings to finish most cuts of meat. So nice that it washes up easily in the dishwasher and comes with a plastic cover for safety and keeping it clean.

i use this every time I use a marinade with my meat. The little blades go in and out very easily and the marinade enters into all of the meat. Unlike doing the same thing with a knife - this does not leave large holes though out the meat.

This is an awesome Meat tenderizer! i used it all the time for Chicken , beef, and pork! It is really durable and cleans great. I just soak in some sanitizer after cleaning to make sure its super clean

This is an outstanding meat tenderizer! I use it primarily to make my own cube steak for salisbury steak meals from inexpensive, on-sale beef cuts. It tenderizes quicker and quieter than the conventional pounder version. And the meat is tender enough to cut with a fork - no knife needed!
