Paring Knives

Paring Knives

Perform all of your peeling, slicing, dicing, and other precision tasks with these commercial grade paring knives. They may be the smallest blades in a chef's arsenal, but they're also a vital part of the prep work done in any professional kitchen. We offer all sorts of different edge styles, blade types, and handle materials so you can find the right paring knives for your business. First, decide what kind of edge you want. A smooth edge is perfect for creating even slices of fruits and vegetables, while a serrated edge will make it easier to cut through tougher skin and rind. Next, consider your daily cutting tasks to determine which blade type is best for you. Curved models like bird's beak and spear point blades are great for peeling, while sheep's foot and straight blades are better suited for chopping. You can also pick out your optimal grip by checking out our selection of handles. Whether you need the reliable value of polypropylene, the luxurious look of rosewood, or the ultimate grip of santoprene, we've got you covered! Like many of our blades, these commercial paring knives are available in a variety of colors to help you stay organized and prevent cross contamination. For superior sanitation, many models are NSF Listed.

knife Great serrated knives Paring price sharp quality fruits brand

These small serrated knives are excellent as bar knives as the small size makes them convenient while the serrations work well for cutting fresh fruit such as lemons and limes. Excellent value.

These knives are great. They cut through fruit with great ease, plus the length is perfect. They fit great in your hand and make quick work of whatever your cutting.

Not a bag knife. Sharp upon arrival and a decent handle on it. I prefer the victorinox because they feel nicer in the hand, but overall okay.

very good economical knife just don't get it around any corrosive chemicals as it will cause these blades to pit and stain. simple soap and water and they are just fine.

I love the name brand made knife of this same style. I've been using them for years. I decided to try this no name brand one from webstaurant store and it just wasn't the same. I ordered 2 dozen of them and gave them out as gifts. Out of the five that I kept for myself four of them were rusted. I'm embarrassed that I didn't check the ones I gave away because they might have had rust spots on them as well. The knife isn't as sharp and well made as the brand name one. It also doesn't have a balanced feel when cutting. It sort of cuts more to one side. With some things you pay for what you get. This knife was about half the price of the name brand one but I think I would spend more for a better knife. I contacted customer service and they were able to remedy the issue of the four knives which was great but they couldn't do anything about the knives I had already given away. I still love webstaurant though and will continue to buy from them.

Perfect for behind the bar slicing lemons and limes and trimming your fingernails when it's snowing like crazy and there's no one coming into the restaurant. Ummmm, just kidding. I'd buy again.

Purchased mainly to slice tomatoes and smaller baked goods - sometimes the big serrated knife is just too big and this is the perfect size . Great quality for the price - seems very durable.

Cheap and effective. Slices oranges, tomatoes, apples and dices garlic very well. Light and tiny! I would recommend getting at least 3 of them because it is a go to tiny knife. Although this knife does rust very easily so clean and DRY right away.

my wife loves this 4 inch serrated paring knife. It has a razor sharp edge and excellent commercial quality to it. She recommends this item!

These are great little knives. You can't beat the price. I use them as paring knives and as utility knives. Very sharp. At this price I am not overly concerned if one gets lost.
