Paring Knives

Perform all of your peeling, slicing, dicing, and other precision tasks with these commercial grade paring knives. They may be the smallest blades in a chef's arsenal, but they're also a vital part of the prep work done in any professional kitchen. We offer all sorts of different edge styles, blade types, and handle materials so you can find the right paring knives for your business. First, decide what kind of edge you want. A smooth edge is perfect for creating even slices of fruits and vegetables, while a serrated edge will make it easier to cut through tougher skin and rind. Next, consider your daily cutting tasks to determine which blade type is best for you. Curved models like bird's beak and spear point blades are great for peeling, while sheep's foot and straight blades are better suited for chopping. You can also pick out your optimal grip by checking out our selection of handles. Whether you need the reliable value of polypropylene, the luxurious look of rosewood, or the ultimate grip of santoprene, we've got you covered! Like many of our blades, these commercial paring knives are available in a variety of colors to help you stay organized and prevent cross contamination. knife handle sharp nice Paring price blade Great cut decent

These are a great knife for servers to cut fruit with and do sidework with. manageable blade but not too small. will definitely order these again.

Nice sturdy thick blade. However, the polypropylene handle makes the knife feel cheap. Don't get me wrong, the nice sharp blade more than makes up for the way the knife handle "feels", just saying it would have felt better with a more hefty handle. Otherwise, no complaints here, it cuts good and appears that it will hold an edge.

Super great paring knife. Fits well in the palm of your hand. I love the plastic handle, it comes clean and doesn't harbor any germs as a wooden knife sometimes does. Nice sharp edge also.

Awesome inexpensive paring knife. Plenty of knife for a home cook, also a decent little knife to practice knife sharpening on if you don't want to risk your expensive knives.

a really decent knife if you keep it away from hard chemicals. It withstands the chem in my machine but straight caustic contact will stain the metal.

This is a high quality knife for the low price. I purchased these for the kitchen prep to cut small fruits and veggies. Very impressed with sharpness and grip, will definetly buy again.

I though I would try this knife because the think handle seemed like it would be helpful in holding and using the knife with wet or oily hands. I was right! The large, think handle makes this knife easy hold and use. The knife hold its edge and take and edge, I would recommended sharpening this knife as soon as you get it.

This Paring knife has far exceed my expectations. It is very strong and very durable. It stay sharp for a long time and can easily be sharpened. The only issue I have is that my employees steal them a lot because they are so good. They are so affordable that you can order a lot so not a huge issue if some get stolen. My only knock on this knife is that it does not float in the sink like some do as a safety feature but those knifes that float cost 5-10 times more.

This is a good, very inexpensive small paring knife. The handle is white plastic, and is fairly non slip. The blade comes sharp, and sharpens easily.

I thought I was buying a dozen of these and only ended up getting one. My bad, I imagine. So buy a dozen. These are really nice. We write on the handles for different departments: line, prep, bar, etc. As you can imagine we need many to keep everyone happy! I'll buy more today!
