Thanks to its wide heating surface, the 28 qt. Vollrath Wear Ever Classic Select 67228 brazier pan is perfect for long, slow cooking of meats and vegetables in limited amounts of liquid, filling your signature dishes with juice and flavor.
Designed specifically for commercial kitchen use, this brazier pan is built from 2 gauge, impact resistant 3004 aluminum with spot-welded handles for superior durability and easy interior cleaning. For excellent thermal conductivity, this heavy duty brazier pan has a double-thick bottom that heats evenly with minimal hot spots.
To control evaporation and accelerate cooking, use the 67691 flat cover or 67491 domed cover (each sold separately). NSF Listed.

I have been using this pan daily since day one and even after over a year of use, it still performs just as it did on day one. I can't recommend this product enough!
