Designed specifically for commercial kitchen use, this brazier pan is built from 2 gauge, impact resistant 3004 aluminum with spot-welded handles for superior durability and easy interior cleaning. For excellent thermal conductivity, this heavy duty brazier pan has a double-thick bottom that heats evenly with minimal hot spots.
To control evaporation and accelerate cooking, use the 67581 flat cover or 67481 domed cover (each sold separately). NSF Listed.

As our business has grown I have found myself need to use this 24 quart pan for our signature Burgoo more and more. This pan is perfect for slow-cooking stews and the like. Highly recommend!
