Easily cut and portion slabs of meat with the 20" x 41" vertical band saw! This meat saw features a 78" blade and 1 hp motor to rapidly cut through various kinds of meat for optimum portioning and presentation in your butcher shop or deli. Its exterior is fabricated with steel and painted with electrostatic oven paint for outstanding durability. The head is made of aluminum, and the stainless steel table has a four-wheel base that easily slides on built-in rails. Designed for easy use, the whole unit can be quickly disassembled for fast cleaning and maintenance, and a flat, open structure makes it easy to wipe down after each use.
