This 2.75 qt. Lincoln Wear-Ever Z4342 1/2 Ceramiguard II non-stick aluminum tapered sauce pan features a CeramiGuard II nonstick interior surface that ensures quick release and easy cleanup.

Made from a sturdy 3004 aluminum alloy, this pan features Lincoln's Cold Draw Process that creates perfectly uniform thickness on the pan's sides and bottom for even heat-transfer and cooking. This sauce pan's rivetless design also eliminates potential food and bacteria collection areas in the cooking zone.

A tapered sauce pan is ideal for cooking at lower temperatures for a longer time, because the smaller bottom diameter allows for less heat exposure. The flared sides of the pan also allows for good stirring action.
