This 16" Vollrath Jacob's Pride 47093 French whip has a one-piece, 4 1/2", ergonomic, nylon-covered handle that is completely sealed to ensure sanitary conditions. It comes with comfortable, sure grip nubs and is heat resistant to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. This whip features thick, French style wires, best suited for mixing heavy food products. The wires are constructed from 18-8 stainless steel to resist corrosion and rusting with a center reinforcement wire to eliminate bending, twisting and deforming. This French whip is NSF approved.
