The Vollrath Jacob's Pride 4781270 12" long green coated handle tong is easy-to-clean thanks to its one-piece construction. It's constructed from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, with plastic coated handles that are heat-resistant up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

An additional benefit of color-coded handles is that they help with the HACCP process.

You can designate a particular color for a specific use in the kitchen, helping to reduce cross-contamination! Concave "Utility" grip ends and gently scalloped teeth are ideal for a variety of kitchen tasks.

Agion antimicrobial technology is built into the handles to reduce microbial growth. NSF Listed.

    Love these tongs - handles are color coded and retain their color after multiple washings and sanitizing. Great handle length and the scalloped edge grips my product without damaging it. BOH loved the idea of the color coded handles to prevent cross contamination. Webstaurant has the best pricing on these tongs and quick delivery.
