The Vollrath Jacob's Pride 4781250 12" long yellow coated handle tong is easy-to-clean thanks to its one-piece construction. It's constructed from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, with plastic coated handles that are heat-resistant up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

An additional benefit of color-coded handles is that they help with the HACCP process.

You can designate a particular color for a specific use in the kitchen, helping to reduce cross-contamination! Concave "Utility" grip ends and gently scalloped teeth are ideal for a variety of kitchen tasks.
