The Vollrath 4791240 12" long red coated handle VersaGrip tong is easy-to-clean thanks to its one-piece construction. It's constructed from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, with plastic coated handles that are heat-resistant up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

An additional benefit of color-coded handles is that they help with the HACCP process.

You can designate a particular color for a specific use in the kitchen, helping to reduce cross-contamination! The VersaGrip design of this tong features flattened ends with gripper teeth, making it well-suited for grills and broilers.

Agion antimicrobial technology is built into the handles to reduce microbial growth. NSF Listed.
