    Love this thing. Straining broth with a nice large conical strainer is the way to go. Mesh is perfect size for keeping meat bits and things out of the broth.

    This strainer is awesome! Perfect for straining our homemade chicken stock, and large capacity. Was much larger than expected. I would agree with another reviewer that this might not be considered a 'fine' strainer, but maybe a medium? Works perfect for our needs, but would definitely not be suitable for very fine straining.

    This strainer is a great buy and every kitchen needs one. We use our for a more fine straining in which we don't want alot of the pulp to go through.

    I bought this thinking it was the buillion fine chinois strainer but this is good for straining solids out of stocks. Not for extra fine particles.

    This strainer is labeled "Fine" but I would have labeled it "Course." I'm disappointed, as it's just not fine enough for the job I needed to filter.
