This is not, I repeat, not for daily abuse. But it is, for the price, a fun knife for someone's first cleaver. It is one that we issues to kids who do not have their own knives when they hire on. Honestly with as little as I use a cleaver I wouldn't mind keeping this on my own knife bag at work and bringing the globe home.

This knife was great for the three months that I had it, but after multiple uses and heavy jobs, the handle cracked. We were using it in a commercial kitchen but it was worth every penny for the time we had it. If you need a reliable knife, invest in a better product.

A great little item that makes butchering so easy and quick. The blade is really sharp so it makes quick work of all sorts of carcasses.

This is a great knife for the butcher enthusiast. It's tapered blade makes it more accurate than the standard cleaver, not to mention more aesthetically pleasing.
