Its resistance to breakage means that it will be difficult for weak spots to form thus giving you peace of mind that the spoon won't crack, splinter, or snap accidently leaving parts of plastic behind in your expertly prepared meals.

This spoon is recommended for wet temperatures up to 212 degrees and withstands dry heat up to 270 degrees. It can be coordinated with spoons of like colors (sold separately) in order to prevent cross-contamination.
