Wish I had known about these earlier. These will keep my bread from becoming hard on the bottom when holding it over steam. So glad to find this.

These fit perfectly into my bun pan racks. I use them to cool all my cakes and cupcakes. My only problem is that I don't have enough of them. I will be buying more very soon.

Durable and sturdy draining grate. Easy to wash (hint: let stand 1/2 hour in soap in water) and grease will melt away. Great price. Downside: its a little bent.

This grate actually will fit in a half sheet pan with the far edges hanging over a bit. Works great for cooling cookies or bread. Super easy to clean, fits in a standard dishwasher and does not rust.

This is a great grate for pastry, cookies, rolls,etc. We use it almost exclusively for baked goods and candies. It works best with larger items though. Small or soft items tend to get stuck on it.
