This 10" Vollrath Jacob's Pride 47090 French whip has a one-piece, 4 1/2", ergonomic, nylon-covered handle that is completely sealed to ensure sanitary conditions. It comes with comfortable, sure grip nubs and is heat resistant to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. This whip features thick, French style wires, best suited for mixing heavy food products. The wires are constructed from 18-8 stainless steel to resist corrosion and rusting with a center reinforcement wire to eliminate bending, twisting and deforming. This French whip is NSF approved.

    10" Vollrath Jacob's Pride 47090 Nylon Handle French Whip

    This whisk is a great addition to my kitchen collection. It is both sturdy as well as useful for small batches of anything I may want to whip up. It has a really nice handle which makes whisking an easier task.
