I had been wanting a professional sieve like this for quite awhile and could not find one anywhere in my area. I ordered the ten inch which was sufficient for my needs, but I like that it is available in a variety of sizes at a very reasonable price

This is great for straining the breader in chicken before frying. We have purchased before and will again. We would definitely recommend these to others.

This stainless stell sieve is great. It's the perfect size and it's a great price. The mesh is easy to keep clean and the quality of the stainless steel is impressive.

This sieve is perfect for insuring clump free dry ingredients. The last thing I want is a clump of flour or powdered sugar in my tea cookies. The hanging hook also makes it perfect for storing on the pegboard.

Perfect for making purees. Used them for a high school culinary competition that did not allow electricity. The team made a potato parsnip puree. Find a bowl that nestles the sieve and you have a perfect mashed/puree texture. Good for sifting flours and powdered sugars too.

So far so good. Nothing super impressive about this necessarily... it is a sieve, but it does its job so no complaints either. It has a bottom rim on it as well so it will sit securely on a bowl assuming it is the correct size.

This is great for making light cakes, cupcakes and for dusting. Great for blending flours, also. We haven't experienced any quality issues so far but we don't use heavily.

A few of my favorite baking bloggers use a similar sieve for sifting dry ingredients, so I wanted to try one...Webstaurant had the best price by far. It works well and is easy to clean.

I haven't had any problem with this sieve, and I've used it for a lot of flour and powdered sugar. It cleans up easily and is convenient for large amounts of product.

This sieve has been great for sifting any dry ingredients over a large mixing bowl. We also use it to shave down our tart shells. Great quality and no rusting as of yet.

Perfect sieve for all the baking I do. Super easy to use and clean. Leaves flour airy and gorgeous. A good purchase and a keeper kitchen tool.

This is great if you are sifting things into a 6 Qt. Kitchen Aid mixing bowl. I use it for that very purpose. It isn't the easiest sifter but it works really well if you have a lot to sift and want to sit it on your mixing bowl.

This sieve is great for sifting flour and other solids, but is slightly awkward for liquids and sauces because of its diameter. Most bowls are either too small and most containers are too big for its lip.

Great for sifting large quantities of four, sugar, etc. It is quite large, though, so best used with a large mixing bowl or on a large piece of wax paper or parchment paper. Cleans up quickly and easily and not likely to rust because it's stainless steel.

This is a little bit too big for most of my bowls. I can only use this with my 20 quart bowls and not get flour everywhere. Works great for pumpkin pulp too.

Though home-bakers may not see the usefulness of this product I prefer these over the hand-sifters that make your hand hurt after just a few minutes. This is so much easier to use. They are built well and don't rust easily. However, as a precaution I always hand-dry mine after washing it.

I use this almost every time I bake a cake. It is perfect for sifting several ingredients at the same time. I just love it!

This is really nice and i love using it, the only thing you need is a big enough bowl to set it over since it's so wide
