10" Stainless Steel Rim Sieve

These last about a month in the bakery before the screens press out of them and they are useless. Glad they are low cost so it's not too painful to replace then.

This sieve is wonderful to sift my 10x sugar when making icing and to sift my dry's when making cakes. It cleans easily and stays hung on my metal shelving unit.

I love when tools can do double duty and this one does not disappoint. It can handle a lot of dry ingredients at once and sifts very well and quickly. Mesh holes are not too big and not too small, and sieve is great also for cleaning delicate leafy herbs. Seems to do great in the dishwasher. This one is a keeper!

It's size can be used for a food amount of flour to sift. The price is reasonable as I have seen them for a much more higher markup price.

This has great qualities such as being stainless steel and it is very durable. It's great for pushing mousses to help prevent any large chunks that weren't blended properly.

sifting is very important. Big clumps of flour can ruin your product. This sieve makes it easy to sift your dry goods. Its also super easy to clean.

After years of using a hand sifter, I'm so glad to have found something that will allow me to add dry ingredients to a sifter and bowl without making a huge mess. As the picture shows, the 10" fits perfectly over the mixing bowl of my 6qt kitchenaid stand mixer. I just place it on the bowl, add my ingredients and stir with a rubber spatula. It makes sifting a large amount of ingredients quick and easy.I couldn't be happier.

Just like the ones i use in class. Works good, strong, no problems so far. I use it for flour sifting, breads, cookies, etc.I would highly recommend it to anyone. I am so happy i have it.

These are a great tool to have in your restaurant. They work great for sifting flours over a large mixing bowl. Also great for sieving out force meats.

I was worried about this sieve. I thought it was going to be flimzy because the price was so cheap. But it is a very good sieve. Fits perfect in my bowl to sift flour. I use it everyday.

The stainless steel rim sieve cooks well and doesn't burn the contents. It is easy to handle and evenly cooks the product inside of it. It is easy to clean also.

I was hesitant at first at purchasing a sieve or mesh strainer, because I usually don't have a need for them. Oddly enough, the day after I received my package I was using the sieve for some sifting. It was efficient and perfectly matched in size to my bowl. Great product.
