Its a great product for the price and we are going to continue ordering it, but the crushed pineapple has only a slight pineapple flavor, almost like the pineapple they use weren't completely ripe or they use a lot of water with the product. We use it for cakes and salads and it works well for those purposes.

This has good flavor. It is especially good for making mixtures for desserts. Tasted great in the mix in the center of pineapple pinwheel cookies.

Very tasty pineapple not too tart like some brands are. We use it for pineapple upside down cakes, fruit cake and our favorite banana bread.

We use these all the time in several of our desserts. They make for a juicy, fruity addition to bread-based cookies and cakes. For use in cookies, it's just important to dry them out for a bit but highly recommend giving it a shot!
