The mirror-finished bowl and satin-finished shaft is crafted of the finest 18-8 stainless steel. The plastic coated handle is heat-resistant up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The capacity is clearly stamped on the item, so you're always sure to grab the correct one! 6" handle length with a 2 29/64" diameter bowl.
