A stainless steel shredding disc that is used with Hobart mixers, meat choppers, grinders and power drives. This disc can be easily installed and removed from the disc holder, and it has 1/4" shredding holes.

This attachment can be used with Hobart and other mixers, meat choppers, food cutters and power drives with a #12 power take-off hub. NSF listed.
